SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Orders ship from our international fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs or high-volume periods.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Duties and taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, all import duties are included. You will not pay any additional fees on delivery.

For orders shipped to Canada, import duties or taxes may be charged by customs on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 2 to 3 business days to show updates.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us through our Contact page and we will help resolve it.

Wrong address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it; we cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear, washing, deodorant, makeup or perfume.

How to start a return

Contact us through the Contact page on our website (ivaune.com/pages/contact) with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to process it. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item and place a new order. Our size guide on the product page can help you choose.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.
